Ingredients:

Na 6 mufinek:

6 kromek chleba tostowego
ok. 130g fasolki w sosie pomidorowym z puszki
60g szynki
2 jajka
20 ml mleka
25g sera żółtego startego

Potrzebna także blaszka do mufinek

Prepare instructions:

1. Na spód wgłębienia na mufinka wciskamy chleb tostowy, dość mocno ubijamy
2. Wstawiamy taki chlebek do rozgrzanego piekarnika do tem. 200 st. C na 5 min
3. Do każdego wgłębienia dodajemy po łyżce fasolki i pokrojoną w kosteczkę szynkę
4. Jajko mieszamy z mlekiem, pieprzem i sola
5. Zalewamy masą jajeczną każdą mufinkę
6. Posypujemy startym serem
7. Wstawiamy do piekarnika na ok. 7 min, by jajko się ścięło
8. Wykładamy z foremek
9. Posypujemy szczypiorkiem lub pietruszką

Miałam wolne, dlatego chciałam zrobić coś innego na śniadanie, bardzo mi smakowało. Z racji, że jestem fanką ketchupu Tarsmak, to nie mogło się i bez niego obyć. Wyszło przepysznie, mój chłopak też był zachwycony i zamówił powtórkę na weekend :D

Odgapiłam pomysł i polecam, super jedzonko. U mnie z mikrofali, na próbę w 1ej ceramicznej miseczce wstawionej do miski z wodą. Dzięki :))
