Jajka zapiekane w pieczarkach portobello

Ingredients:

Na 4 porcje:

4 duże pieczarki "portobello"
4 jajka
sól, pieprz
kilka listków ulubionych ziół: pietruszki, bazylii, szczypiorku
odrobina oleju do wysmarowania naczynia

Prepare instructions:

Pieczarki oczyścić, usunąć nóżki. Natrzeć delikatnie solą. Kapelusze ułożyć w naczyniu wysmarowanym olejem lub oliwą. W kapelusze wbić ostrożnie jajka, tak by nie uszkodzić żółtka. Oprószyć solą i pieprzem. Wstawić do nagrzanego piekarnika. Zapiekać ok. 25-30 minut w 180 stopniach, aż jajka się zetną. Wyciągnąć z piekarnika. Przed podaniem posypać ulubionymi posiekanymi ziołami.

Bardzo fajny pomysł! Jak uda mi się trafić gdzieś brązowe pieczarki to zrobię, jak nie to skorzystam ze zwykłych białych i użyję jajek przepiórczych.
