Ingredients:

6 duzych ziemniakow
2 duze cebule
15 szt. ansjovis w sosie ( male rybki do w puszce)
3 dl gräde ( smietana, ja dawalam wlasnie gräde, ale chyba mozna sprobowac ze zwykla smietana)
bulka tarta do posypania

Prepare instructions:

1. Nagrzac piekarnik do 200 stopni
2.Obrac i pokroic w cienkie paski ziemniaki,obrac i drobno pokroic cebule.
3.Ukladac warstwami ziemniaki, cebule, ansjovis . Na koniec polac sosem ktory zostal z ansjovis i gräde
4.Posypac bulka tarta i piec w piekarniku okolo 45 minut

Latwe do zrobienia,klasyczne szwedzkie danie,ktore jest bardzo czesto widziane na stole swiatecznym ( Julbord)

Zapodałam kiedyś rodzince...Niestety nikomu nie smakowało, zastanawiam się nad zmodywilowaniem przepisu.Pewnie kiedyś wy[racuję coś co zadowoli wszystkich......

Ja jadlam zrobione przez Szwedow...pychotka, niebo w gebie...
Pozniej robilam sama i juz nie wyszlo takie dobre, ale mysle ,ze trening czyni mistrza. Zapytam gdzie trzeba o dobre rady...

Grädde to jest smietana. Masz rozne rodzje od kremowki (vispgrädde)40%, poprzez smietane dodawaną do jedzenia (matlagnigsgräadde) 15%, po smietanke do kawy (kaffegrädde) 12%. Takze nie mozesz pisac ze ty wolisz dodac grädde niz zwykłą smietane. Pozdrawiam.
