Kalarepa z trawą cytrynową

Ingredients:

3 duże kalarepy
1 trawa cytrynowa
przyprawy: sól, pieprz, sos sojowy
łyżka masła
2 łyżki oliwy

Prepare instructions:

Kalarepy obieramy i kroimy w "słupki". Następnie na głębokiej patelni ( np. wok) rozgrzewamy olej i masło i smażymy kalarepę na silnym ogniu do lekkiego zrumienienia. Dodajemy trawę pociętą w cieniutkie paski i przyprawy, zmniejszamy płomień, przykrywamy patelnię i chwilkę dusimy. Nie należy przesadzać z przyprawianiem - łatwo jest zabić delikatny smak kalarepki.

Dańko powstało z potrzeby chwili, przed wyjazdem trzeba było posprzątać! W ramach sprzątania podałem je jako dodatek do kawałków wędzonego kurczaka ale równie dobrze może pasować do innych mięs a i samodzielnie jako jarska przekąska też daje radę!

czytam nazwę przepisu na liście i czuję w kościach, że twój. a trawa cytrynowa to tak z klombiku przed domem?
