Kapustka pekińska z grejfrutem

Ingredients:

1 graperfruit
pół kapusty pekińskiej średniej wielkości
odrobina cukru
odrobina soli
łyżka oliwy (z oliwej jak kt6o lubi albo z pestek winogron ale może być też zwykła)

Prepare instructions:

Obrać grapefruitka z grubej skórki, podzielić na cząstki, usunąć tą twardą, cienką skórkę z cząstek, pokroić na małe kawałeczki takie 1 cm delikatnie, żeby za bardzo grapefruita nie rozwalić (sok który się wtedy wydzieli wlać do pokrojonej drobniuśko kapustki pekińskiej), wrzucić cząstki grejfrutka , wlać kilka kropel oliwy z oliwek i zamieszać. Troszkę soli i cukru i sałatka gotowa. Oczywiście dla amatorów sałatek bez majonezu, lekkich i nietuczących - ale smaczne toto jest.

Jak normalną surówkę. Przeważnie jako dodatek do drugiego dania. Najbardziej mi smakuje do chińszczyzny i wszelkiego rodzaju potraw z ryżem i kurczakiem.
