Ingredients:

4 jajka (90x4=360 ckal)
szklanka cukru (200g=400ckal)
1½-2 szklanki maki (816 ckal)
1,5 dl masla lub margaryny w plynie (865ckal)
lyzka cukru waniliowego lub pare kropel ekstraktu
2 lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
lyzka cynamonu, szczypta curcumy
2 szklanki startej drobno marchewki (105ckal)
pol szklanki posiekanych drobno orzechow lub migdalow

calosc ma 2550 ckal. na kawalek sredniej wielkosci przypada ok 212 ckal.

Prepare instructions:

Bialka ubic z cukrem na gesta slodka mase.
Dodac zoltka. Zmiksowac.
Po trochu dodawac make i maslo w plynie.
Dodac cukier waniliowy, proszek do pieczenia i cynamon. Wymieszac.
Wymiszac z bakaliami i marchewka.
Wlac do formy wysmarowanej margryna i obsypanej maka.
Wstawic do piekarnika na 45 min nagrzanego do 180*.

Ciasto mozemy polac sosikiem waniliowym, albo bita smietanka. Wtedy wyglada i smakuje jeszcze lepiej:)

chcialabym. 50 kcal to moze przepiorcze. poki co jajka maja srednio 88 kcal. sprawdzone w wielu zrodlach

Do ciasta warto dodac łyżeczkę kardamonu. Polewa jest najsmaczniejsza jeżeli zrobimy ja z / 60 g serka philadepia, 30 g masła, pół szkklanki cukru pudru, pół łyżeczki cukru waniliowego i dwóch łyżeczek soku z cytryny. Polecam.

calkowicie sie zgadzam! ciasto marchewkowe z polewa/smarowidlem z philadelpia jest najlepsze:) polecam.
