Karpatka doskonała

Ingredients:

Ciasto: -1/2 kostki masła

- 7 jajek

- 250 ml wody

- 1/2 opakowania proszku do pieczenia

- szczypta soli

- 16 dkg mąki

Krem: - 2 budynie waniliowe

- 2 cukry wanilinowe

- 1 litr mleka

- 4żółtka

- 2 jajka całe

- 3 kostki masła

- 2 szklanki cukru pudru

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto; Wodę zagotować z masłem i solą, dodać mąkę i proszek do pieczenia. Mieszać, aż powstanie kula, tzw.caiasto parzone. Jak wystygnie kolejno dodawać jajka i utrzeć wszystko na jednolitą masę.upiec 2 jednakowe placki w 230st.

Krem: Budynie, jajka, cukry wanilinowe i żółtka dobrze rozprowadzić w 1 szkl.mleka. esztę mleka zagotować i wleć wcześnie przygotowany płyn. Ugotować budyń. Masło dokładnie utrzeć z cukrem pudrem i porcjami dodawać zimny budyń. Gdy masa będzie gotowa przełożyć nią placki i posypać cukrem pudrem.

Naprawdę warto zrobić tę karpatkę! Masa smakuje jak lody waniliowe.

MamaH ... 3 kostki masła ????? 60dag tłuszczu wetrzeć w krem ... toć to bamba wodorowa .. :)o tłuszczach w żołtkach nie wspomnę .. Tak ma być ?? taka masa kremu ??

Tak, tak ma być:) Wiem, że to bardzo dużo ale myślę,że raz na jakiś czas można sobie pozwolić na takią przyjemność.
