Ingredients:

1 kostka masła

3/4 szklanki cukru

3 jajka, / 2 białka do ubicia/

1/2 paczki cukru waniliowego

6 łyżeczek żelatyny

2 łyżki kakao

1/2 szklanki zimnej wody

1/2 szklanki gotującego mleka

400 ml śmietany kremówki

bakalie

wiśnie wypestkowane

1 galaretka

Prepare instructions:

Masło, cukier, cukier waniliowy, jajko i 2 żółtka utrzeć. żelatynę zalać 1/2 szklanki zimnej wody, potem zalać 1/2 szklanki gotującego mleka. Do utartej masy dodać na przemian rozrobioną żelatynę przestudzoną/ letnia/ ale nie czekać aż zgęstnieje bo będą kluski i śmietanę .Dodać odsączone wiśnie. Ubić dwa białka na sztywną pianę i dodać. Teraz jest czas na bakalie, ja dodaję orzechy, migdały , rodzynki.podzielić na dwie części i do jednej dodać dwie łyżki kakao.

Dno tortownicy wyłożyć biszkoptami, lub upiec biszkopt/ ja tak robię.

Teraz jest czas na ciasto z kakao, i na górę białe. Zalać galaretką, wstawić do lodówki.

Ciasto jest przepyszne, polecam

kasata zawsze kojarzy mi sie z Poznaniem ale ten przepis przemawia do mnie , chyba zaraz zrobie
