Ingredients:

2,5 kg pomidorów
0,5 kg cebuli
250g cukru
2/3 szklanki octu
1 łyżeczka papryki słodkiej lub ostrej
1 łyżeczka pieprzu
1 płaska łyżeczka cynamonu
1 łyżeczka gałki muszkatołowej
1 łyżka soli
4 goździki
1,5 łyżki musztardy
Kilka ziaren ziela angielskiego
Szczypta chilli
Szczypta czosnku granulowanego

Prepare instructions:

Dziś zrobiłam swój pierwszy keczup :-)

Przepis wyciągnęłam z zeszytu babci, zrobiłam go z połowy porcji bo pomyślałam : a na co mi tyle keczupu? No i w efekcie mam 1 mały słoiczek - i to niepełny

Na pewno niebawem zrobię go więcej bo keczup wyszedł przepyszny, jedyne co zmienię to dodam mniej cukru bo jest ciut ciut za słodki. A może pokuszę się na dodanie większej ilości czosnku lub bazylii? :-)

Umyte pomidory kroimy na mniejsze części, cebulę kroimy w kostkę. Wkładamy do garnka i dusimy na małym ogniu ok. 1h aż będą się nadawały do przetarcia przez sito.

Po przetarciu dodajemy ocet, cukier, musztardę i przyprawy, gotujemy przez 2-3h do zgęstnienia.

Przekładamy do słoików.

Super przepis, ketchup wychodzi podobny do dawej "słodkiej Ani" Dodałam trochę mniej cukru (200 g) Za tydzień robię powtórkę z podwojonych składników Polecam

Bardzo ciekawy smak, chociaż odbiegający od typowego keczypu. Dla mnie super!
