Knedle ryżowo cynamonowe ze śliwkami

Ingredients:

Inspiracją do zrobienia tych knedli był przepis z jakiejś gazety. Pozmieniałam go po swojemu i wyszły przepyszne knedelki ze śliwkami. Moja córeczka była zachwycona:)

2 szkl mleka

2/3 szkl ryżu

5 łyżeczek cukru

2 jajka

4-5 łyżek mąki

ok 8 śliwek (bez pestek)

łyżka cynamonu

bułka tarta do obtoczenia

olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Mleko zagotować z cukrem, wsypać ryż i gotować do miękkości. Ostudzić. Do zimnego ryżu dodać żółtka, mąkę, cynamon i pianę ubitą z białek. Wyrobic masę, taką aby mozna było z niej formować kule ze sliwką w środku. Knedle obtaczać w bułce tartej i smażyć na rozgrzanym oleju.

Rada: myślę, że gdyby dodać troszkę więcej mąki to knedle podczas smażenia nie rozpłaszczyłyby sie jak moje :) Momo wszystko i tak były pyszne więc polecam spróbować ten przepis.

Oj katastrofa to była, pomimo dodania dużo większej ilości mąki, knedle po prostu rozpadały się :( nie byłoby dzisiaj obiadu, gdybym z tego ciasta nie zrobiła racuszków, racuszki ryżowe wyszły pyszne, ale knedle to nieporozumienie...:(

Imberek przykro mi, że nie wyszły Ci knedelki. Ja nie miałam problemu z nimi oprócz tego że nie wyszły okrągłe jak powinny być knedle....
