Knedle z ryzu

Ingredients:

200 g ryzu
1 litr mleka
2-3 lyzki cukru
5 jajek
maka
tarta bulka
olej
sliwki ( male )

Prepare instructions:

Ryz ugotowac w oslodzonym mleku, odcedzic i ostudzic. Nastepnie zaciagnac ryz 3 zoltkami i piana ubita z bialek, dodac make i dobrze wymieszac. Z tak powstalego ciasta formowac knedle i do srodka kazdego wcisnac mala , wypestkowana sliwke. Knedle musza byc okragle, a sliwki zupelnie pokryte ciastem. Pozostale jaja roztrzepac, obtaczac w nich knedle , a nastepnie w bulce tartej i smazyc na goracym oleju.

SMACZNEGO !

Knedle mozna podawac polane smietana z cukrem.

Ile tej mąki? Lyżka,dwie czy więcej?

Maki daje zawsze na oko. Sama nie lubie w przepisach takiej informacji, ale w tym przepisie ciezko mi powiedziec ile tej maki ma byc. To zalezy od ryzu jakiego uzywasz. Generalnie chodzi o to , aby po dodaniu maki ciasto kleilo sie i knedle nie rozsypywaly sie. Dodawaj po lyzce stopniowo , a sama bedziesz wiedziala, czy juz nadaja sie do lepienia. Mozesz sprobowac tez ugotowac najpierw jedna kluske, to tez czasami jest sposob.
