Konfitura ze sliwek wegierek z orzechami wloskimi

Ingredients:

1 kg wegierek
1.5 kg cukru
25 dkg orzechow wloskich w polowkach

Prepare instructions:

Sliwki przekroic, wyjac pestki, na ich miejsce wlozyc polowki orzecha wloskiego, trzeba wiec uwazac by sliwki nie przeciac zbyt mocno.
Sliwki z orzechami zalac cieplym syropem ugotowanym i 1 kg cukru i 2 szklanek wody.
Odstawic na dobe.
Zlac syrop, dodac do niego reszte cukru, zagotowac i odszumowac, wlozyc sliwki, doprowadzic do wrzenia.
Odstawic na dobe.
Trzeciego dnia zlac syrop, zagotowac i cieplym zalac sliwki,trzy razy doprowadzic do wrzenia, za kazdym razem odstawiajac na 15 minut.

Wlozyc do sloikow. Zakrecic.

Robilam te sliwki kilka razy i za kazdym razem mialam osobno sliwki i osobno orzechy, po prostu wyplywaly na wierzch syropu, nawet jak sliwki spinalam wykalaczkami. Jesli ktos bedzie mial "patent" na sposob jak to zrobic to bede wdzieczna za rade.

To przepis z netu, też go mam. Niestety, też orzechy mi wypłynęly na wierzch, a ponadto wyszło mi to jakieś mdłe i bardzo słodkie /robiłam tylko raz i więcej się nie skusiłam/.

Moze to zalezy od sliwek - jak bardzo dojrzale to slodkie i jeszcze ten cukier! Ja je robie juz kilka lat i nam smakuja ale nigdy nie moge sie doczekac az sliwki zupelnie dojrzeja i moze dlatego nie mam ich slodko-mdlych /jak piszesz/. Sprobuje dac mniej cukru, moze im to nie zaszkodzi!
