Ingredients:

2 puszki tuńczyka w sosie własnym (2x185g)
1 jajko
¹/₂ puszki kukurydzy (około 150g)
¹/₂ dużej cebuli lub jedna mała
10 dag startego sera żółtego
2 łyżki stołowe majonezu, najlepiej light
1 łyżka stołowa otrąb pszennych (niekoniecznie)
2 lub 3 łyżki stołowe bułki tartej (2 jeśli dodamy otręby, a 3 jeśli ich nie dodamy)
sól lub ulubiona przyprawa warzywna - około 1 łyżeczka do herbaty
pieprz - wedle gustu
papryka słodka - wedle gustu
2-3 łyżki stołowe oleju do smażenia
bułka tarta do panierowania

Prepare instructions:

Tuńczyka osączyć z zalewy, ale nie za mocno tak, żeby pozostał mokry, wrzucić do miski, cebulę zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach lub posiekać drobno, dodać do tuńczyka, połączyć z resztą składników. Dobrze wyrobić ręką na jednolitą masę. Z masy formować kotleciki na kształt mielonych, obtaczać w bułce tartej i smażyć na rozgrzanym tłuszczu z dwóch stron. Odwracać je delikatnie, żeby się nie rozpadły.

Zrobione, zjedzone, smaczne a nawet bardzo smaczne - Panierowałam w potłuczonych płatkach owsianych ponieważ nie przepadam za bułką tartą ale przepis godny polecenia.

Im bradziej przysmażone tym lepsze. Ogólnie nam smakowały, tylko nastepnym razem nie dodam kukurydzy,
