Tarta serowa z brokułami

Ingredients:

1 ciasto francuskie w rulonie

1 mały brokuł

3 łyżki kukurydzy konserwowej

1,5 serka topionego śmietankowego Hochland

3 łyżki jogurtu greckiego

3 łyżki mleka

1 jajko

2 łyżki mąki pszennej

1 ser camembert z ziołami

sól, vegeta, pieprz kolorowy mielony, 1/2 łyżeczki curry.

Prepare instructions:

Rozwijamy ciasto francuskie i wyklejamy nim formę do tarty, wstawiamy do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 170 stopni na 5 minut.

Brokuł dzielimy na małe różyczki, gotujemy na półmiękko na parze.

Do miseczki wlewamy mleko, dodajemy serek topiony w kawałkach i wstawiamy do mikrofali na około 1.5 minuty, dopóki mleko się nie zagotuje. Mieszamy energicznie, aż serek się rozpuści. Po ostygnięciu dodajemy jogurt grecki i mieszamy na gładką masę, dodajemy przyprawy (musi być dość słone), następnie mąkę, jajko i dokładnie mieszamy.

Camembert kroimy na cienkie paski.

Na podpieczony spód wykładamy brokuł i kukurydzę, wylewamy na to masę serową i układamy paski Camemberta.

Zapiekamy w piekarniku 20-25 minut. Temperatura 175 st. C, funkcją z termoobiegiem.

Dziękuję Ci za ten przepis.... tarta wyszła przepyszna. Przepis można modyfikować ale z sosem serowym wszystko smakuje wysmienicie:)
