Ingredients:

√ 3 paczki mrożonego kalafiora
√ 3 jajka
√ szczypiorek
√ 15 pieczarek
√ mąka
√ bułka tarta
√ 4 łyżki ketchupu
√ sól, pieprz, słodka papryka
√ płatki kukurydziane do obtaczania

Prepare instructions:

Kalafior gotujemy w osolonej wodzie na półtwardo. Dokładnie odciskamy przez gazę i rozgniatamy. Dodajemy pokrojone w plasterki i podsmażone na maśle peczarki, jajka, ketchup, szczypior, mąkę oraz bułkę tartą ("na oko" tak aby można było formować kotlety) oraz przyprawy.

Formujemy kotlety, obtaczamy w drobno pokruszonych płatkach kukurydzianych i smażymy na oleju.

interesujący przepis, tylko jedno pytanie-->jajka ugotowane i pokrojone czy w formie płynnej?

O a to ciekawe pytanie :) I fajny pomysł zarazem. Ja dodawałam jajka surowe, ale można byłoby spróbować dodać kilka ugotowanych i surowe żeby wszystko się ścisnęło.

kotlety w smaku dobre ale konsystencja nie bardzo tylko kilka udało mi sie zdjąc z patelniw całości, zamiast szczypiorku dalam troszke cebulki i selera naciowego i miały bardzo ciekawy smak
