Krajanka z kremem maślanym

Ingredients:

Na ciasto:
        4 jajka
        60 g cukru
        3 białka
        40 g mąki
        10g mąki ziemniaczanej
        15 g kakao
Na krem:
        1/2 litra mleka
        60 g cukru
        torebka budyniu waniliowego
        1 łyżka cukru pudru
        300 g masła

        konfitura z wiśni (przynajmniej 2 łyżki)
        50 g płatków migdałów

Prepare instructions:

Żółtka utrzeć z połową cukru na pulchną masę. Białka ubić z resztą cukru na sztywną pianę i ostrożnie wmieszać do masy żółtkowej.
Dodać przesianą mąkę i mąkę ziemniaczaną oraz kakao. Wymieszać.
Ciasto wlać na blachę wyłożoną papierem pergaminowym. Piec 10 min w 200^oC.
Ciasto wyrzucić na ściereczkę i przykryć wilgotna ściereczką żeby sie ostudziło. Ściągnąć papier pergaminowy. Ciasto pokroić na 3 równe pasy.

Zagotować mleko z cukrem, wlać rozrobiony w małej ilości mleka budyń. Wymieszać i zagotować. Wlać do miski i posypać cukrem pudrem żeby nie utworzył się kożuch, wstawić do lodówki żeby się ostudził.
Utrzeć masło na pulchną masę, dodawać po łyżce budyń cały czas mieszając aż uzyska się konsystencje kremu.

Jedną część ciasta posmarować konfiturą i kremem, nałożyć kolejną część ciasta i zrobić to samo co z pierwszym.Wierzch krajanki i boki posmarować kremem. Obsypać migdałami.
