Ingredients:

Składniki:10 jajek, 4szkl mąki, 2szkl mleka, 2szkl wody ciepłej przegotowanej, olej do smażenia,pieczarki 2kg, bułka tarta 1 op,pieprz, sól.

Prepare instructions:

SPOSÓB-Jajka wbijamy do miski,dodajemy szczyptę soli,ubijamy dodajemy mleko,wodę,następnie przesiewamy przez sitko mąkę i dalej mix/ujemy ,można dodać olej.naleśniki smażymy na bardzo małym gazie i odrobiną oleju na patelni płaskiej.FARSZ-2kg pieczarek gotujemy ,po ugotowaniu odstawiamy do wystygnięcia,po tym czasie pieczarki mielimy na drobno dodajemy sól pieprz do smaku ,3 jajka,bułkę tartą tyle aby powstała gęsta masa.Nakładamy farsz dwie łyżki na wystudzone naleśniki ,zwijamy .Obtoczyć w jaku rozmąconym z solą następnie w bułce tartej.Smażyć na rozgrzanej patelni natłuszczonej na złoty kolor.Polać usmażone krokiety keczupem lub sosem pomidorowym.Smacznego:-)

Witaj aga0411 gdy je zawiniesz odczekaj chwile , gdy będziesz wkładać do jajka delikatnie obtocz w jajku potem w bułce i smaż zwinięciem do dołu nie do góry.
