Ingredients:

PRODUKTY:

250g mąki pszennej

80g cukru pudru

0,5 opakowania cukru waniliowego

125g margaryny

1 łyżka śmietany

2 żółtka

0,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

DODATKOWO:

Łyżka maku/ cynamon/ zmielone orzechy/ kakao

Prepare instructions:

WYKONANIE:

Mąkę przesiać na stolnicę, dodać pozostałe składniki (bez dodatków) i zagnieść miękkie ciasto. Ciasto podzielić na np. dwie części i dodać ulubiony dodatek, ja dodałam do jednej cynamon a do drugiej mak. Ciasto cienko rozwałkować i wykrawać za pomocą foremki ciasteczka.

Piekarnik rozgrzewamy do 180', ciastka układamy na blaszce wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia i pieczemy do uzyskania złotego koloru przez ok. 10-15 minut.

Najlepsze kruche ciasteczka jakie zdarzyło mi się piec i jeść:D

Zrobione z podwójnej porcji zrobiły furorę w przedszkolu i na urodzinach synka.. I na każdy smak znaleźli się amatorzy:)

Dodam tylko, że użyłam masła zamiast margaryny dzięki czemu były wprost nieziemsko maślane!

Gorąco polecam, koniecznie z masłem!!! :):):)

Piekłam dziś te ciasteczka i potwierdzam ze bardzo są dobre kruchutkie.

Ciasteczka kruche,maślane,idelne.Kupiłam takie fajne pieczątki do ciastek,wizualnie wyszły jakby były robione maszynowo w fabryce:):):)
