Kruche ciasteczka z bezą

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
2 szklanki mąki
1 całe jajko i 1 żółtko (w oryginale 2 żółtka)
1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 łyżki kwaśnej śmietany
1 kostka margaryny

Beza:
1 białko jajka
12 dag cukru pudru

Prepare instructions:

1. Składniki na ciasto wykładamy kolejno na stolnicę, najpierw siekamy mąkę z margaryną, następnie dodajemy pozostałe składniki i zagniatamy jak ciasto kruche. Schładzamy w lodówce.

2. Białko ubijamy, dodajemy stopniowo cukier puder.
3. Ciasto wałkujemy i wykrawamy ciasteczka. Przekładamy na blaszkę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia. Każde ciasto smarujemy bezą. Ja dodatkowo każdą wyciętą choinkę posypałam kolorową posypką, a resztę pozostawiłam z samą bezą.
4. Ciasteczka pieczemy przez ok 15 minut w 150-180 st. C.(lub do delikatnego zrumienienia się bezy - wszak wszystko zależy od piekarnika).
5. Warstwa bezowa może pękać kiedy jest cieniutka. Ostatnią porcję smarowałam grubo pozostałą bezą i upiekły się rewelacyjnie bez pękania (jak na niżej załączonym zdjęciu).

Super ciasteczka, faktycznie lepiej dac wiecej tej bezy, posypywałam cukiereczkami kolorowymi, super, dziekuję za przepis i polecam innym:)
