Ingredients:

Ciasto:

3 szkl. mąki

4 żółtka

3/4 szkl. cukru pudru

3/4 kostki margaryny

cukier waniliowy łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Nadzienie:

80 dag. wiśni

10 dag. mlecznej czekolady grubo posiekanej

2 łyżki bułki tartej

Piana:

4 białka

3/4 szkl. cukru pudru

kisiel wiśniowy

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie ciasta:

Składniki na ciasto zarobić, podzielić na dwie części 2/3 i 1/3. Większą część schłodzić w lodówce 1 godzinę, mniejszą dać do zamrażalnika. Blaszkę 25x25 wylepić ciastem z lodówki.

Wiśnie wydrylować. Ciasto posypać bułką tartą, wyłożyć wiśnie, posypać czekoladą.

Białka ubić na sztywną pianę, stopniowo dodawać cukier, na koniec wsypać kisiel. Pianę rozsmarować na wiśnie, zetrzeć ciasto z zamrażarki. Piec ok. 50 min. w 180C. Po wystudzeniu posypać cukrem pudrem.
