Ingredients:

10 dag peczaku
10 dag fasoli
2 pomidory
cebula
marchew
pietruszka
seler
3 suszone grzyby
5-6 lyzek smietany
2 lyzki posiekanego koperku (moze byc suszony)
lyzka masla
sol,pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Fasole i grzyby namoczyc na noc.
Grzyby pokroic w paseczki.Marchew,pietruszke oraz kawalek selera pokroic w kostke.Obrac cebule i posiekac.

W duzym radlu rozgrzac maslo, zeszklic cebule, dodac pokrojone warzywa i smazyc przez 2-3 minuty.Wlozyc oplukana na sicie kasze,dodac namoczona fasole,pokrojone grzyby oraz sparzone i obrane ze skorki pomidory.

Wlac 1,5 litra gotujacej sie wody,posolic i gotowac na wolnym ogniu przez mniej wiecej 60 minut,az wszystkie skladniki beda wystarczajaco miekkie.Zupe doprawic do smaku sola i pieprzem,

zabielic smietana i posypac koperkiem

Witaj Asiams Ugotowałam krupnik wg twojego przepisu tylko bez grzybków suszonych bo nie miałam. Wyszedł super . Polecam. Najlepszy był po 2 dniach.
