Zupa grecka z kurczakiem

Ingredients:

1 kurczak (ok. 1,5 kg)
1 pęczek włoszczyzny
2 cebule
3 ząbki czosnku
sól, pieprz
100 g ryżu
125 g śmietany
2 łyżki soku cytrynowego
1/2 pęczka bazylii

Prepare instructions:

Włoszczyznę oczyścić, umyć. Cebulę i czosnek obrać. Kurczaka opłukać, osuszyć, włożyć do garnka, zalać 2 l wody. Dodać warzywa, cebulę i czosnek, posolić. Gotować pod przykryciem na małym ogniu około 1 godziny. Kurczaka osączyć, ostudzić, zdjąć skórę. Mięso oddzielić od kości, podzielić na kawałki. Rosół przecedzić, doprowadzić do wrzenia, wrzucić ryż, gotować pod przykryciem 15 minut. Dodać mięso, gotować 5 minut. Śmietanę wymieszać z sokiem cytrynowym. Wlewać powoli do zupy, stale mieszając. Przyprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Listki bazylii umyć, osuszyć, pokroić w paski. Dodać do zupy tuż przed podaniem, wymieszać.

Jest poprostu przepyszna !
Zrobiłam ją dwa dni temu i była dobra, ale poleżała przez noc w lodówce i wczoraj była niesamowita !
Naprawdę polecam, jest łatwa w zrobieniu, tylko, że ja nie kroiłam kurczaka, bo się brzydzę :P
I pokroiłam warzywa i wrzuciłam do zupy, delicious
