Kurki w sosie śmietanowym

Ingredients:

- 500 g kurek,
- 3 pieczarki,
- pół czerwonej papryki,
- duża cebula,
- 2 ząbki czosnku,
- koperek,
- 100 ml śmietany,
- 0,5 litra rosołu z kostki,
- oliwa z oliwek,
- łyżka masła,
- sól,
- pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Zaczął się grzybowy sezon... A początek tego sezonu to przede wszystkim delikatne i nieziemsko smaczne kurki.

Przebrane i umyte kurki wrzucamy do osolonej, wrzącej wody. Gotujemy 5 minut. W kosteczkę kroimy cebulkę i paprykę (pieczarki w plastry). Odcedzamy kurki. Większe kroimy "na pół". Na patelni rozgrzewamy masło zmieszane z oliwą. Smażymy cebulkę, pieczarki, paprykę oraz oczywiście kurki. Doprawiamy do smaku solą i pieprzem. Dodajemy drobno pokrojony czosnek. Smażymy ok. 10 minut. Do 0,5 l rosołu dodajemy śmietanę. Mieszamy, a następnie wlewamy na patelnię. Gotujemy razem ok. 6 minut. Na koniec dodajemy koperek. Kurki najlepiej smakują z makaronem (ja używam kokardek), pieczywem lub kaszą.

Nie mogę się już doczekać na świeże kurki, więc się chwilowo zaopatrzyłam w mrożone z osiedlowego super-hiper ;)
Wyszło pysznie-dałam ciutkę więcej śmietany, sos jest prima sort.
Konsumpcja ;) nastąpiła z dużą ilością koperku i "grubą" kaszą wiejską. Szósteczka za przepis!
