Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
4 jajka
1 szklanka cukru
¾ szklanki mąki krupczatki
½ łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
¾ szklanki soku pomarańczowego z kartonu
Masa pomarańczowa:
4 szklanki soku pomarańczowego z kartonu
½ szklanki cukru
2 budynie waniliowe
Masa śmietankowa:
1 łyżka żelatyny
½ szklanki mleka
½ litra śmietany 30%
3 łyżki cukru pudru
Do dekoracji:
gotowa polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubić, dodać cukier i nadal ubijać. Dodać żółtka i jeszcze ubijać. Następnie dodać mąkę i proszek do pieczenia. Delikatnie wymieszać. Ciasto wylać do wysmarowanej tłuszczem prostokątnej formy o wymiarach 25 na 36 cm. Piec ok. 25 minut w temperaturze 170 °C. Ostudzić i nasączyć sokiem pomarańczowym.

3 ½ szklanki soku zagotować z cukrem. W pozostałym soku rozmącić budynie i wlać do gotującego się soku. Chwilę pogotować i ciepłą masę wyłożyć na upieczony i ostudzony biszkopt. Ostudzić.

Żelatynę rozpuścić w gorącym mleku, ostudzić. Śmietanę ubić z cukrem pudrem, dodać mleko z żelatyną i wyłożyć na masę pomarańczową.

Całość polać polewą czekoladową. Schłodzić w lodówce.

Robię to ciasto też jest przepyszne polecam

Robię to ciasto, jest bardzo dobre, ale jest jeden problem.Masa śmietankowa zsuwa się z masy pomarańczowej. Obie masy bardzo ładnie zastygają, ale nie łączą się tzn. nie przykleja się jedna do drugiej, dlatego pomiędzy te masy układam herbatniki petitki ( w tych malutkich paczuszkach).

Świetny przepis, ja do masy pomarańczowej po wystudzeniu dodałam masło i wyszedł pyszny krem do tortu
