Dissolve honey in enameled pan, add the butter and mix well. Pour the sugar, the roots, salt and baking soda. Knead well for a single mass. Add eggs, mix and stirring constantly, gradually add the flour. Knead to a smooth dough, roll out to a thickness of 1 cm and cut them into little different shape. Ready made cakes fall into place on greased baking sheet and bake in a temp. 160 degrees C, ok. 8-10 min after baking to freely decorate.
