Maccheroni z czosnkiem, oliwą i ostrą papryką

Ingredients:

6-8 łyżek oliwy z oliwek,
3 ząbki czosnku,
sól, pieprz,
ostra papryka (ewentualnie anchois),
500 g maccheroni.

Prepare instructions:

Podgrzewamy 6-8 łyżek oliwy z oliwek, dodajemy szczyptę soli i trzy cieniutko pokrojone lub drobno posiekane ząbki czosnku. Przyrumieniamy czosnek na złoty, ale nie ciemny kolor (w przeciwnym razie miałby zbyt mocny smak). Jego ilość ustalamy sami do smaku. Sos będzie jeszcze lepszy, jeśli dodamy szczyptę ostrej papryki lub solonych sardeli (anchois). Dorzucamy np. trzy dobrze wymyte, pokrojone na małe kawałki filety sardeli, które „rozpuszczą się" podczas gotowania.

W dawnych czasach przyrządzano ten sos używając surowego oleju i surowego, posiekanego czosnku (według innego prastarego przepisu trzeba było makaron najpierw posmarować miodem, a następnie cukrem i cynamonem).
Na sos wrzucamy 500 g ugotowanych, "al dente" maccheroni

zajadalem sie ta potrawą we wloszech juz niejednokrotnie. zawsze wybieram wersje z anchois. pyszna i na moj gust lekka potrawa pomimo uzytych skladnikow. do tego wino i jest CZAD!
