Madzikowy Sernik z Brzoskwiniami

Ingredients:

Spód:
3 szklanki mąki krupczatki
1 kostka masła
5 łyżek cukru
5 żółtek
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Masa Twarogowa:
1kg twarogu półtłustego
1 jajko,
1i 1/2 budyniu śmietankowego(suchego),
3/4 szklanki cukru
1/2 masła
¾ olejku śmietankowego

Prepare instructions:

Spód:
Wszystko zagnieść i odjąć 1/3 masy i zamrozić pozostałe 2/3 masy wyłożyć na posmarowaną tłuszczem blachę.
Masa twarogowa:
Ubić mikserem masę. Nałożyć na masę wyłożoną wcześniej na blachę, na wierzch położyć pokrojone w paski brzoskwinie ( 1 puszka )Ubić pianę z 5 białek, dodać 1/2 szklanki cukru i 2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej(w trakcie ubijania, kiedy białka są już prawie gotowe) wyłożyć na brzoskwinie.Na górę zetrzeć na tarce resztę ciasta(z zamrażalnika). Piec ok 45 min w temp ok 200stopni

Rzeczywiście wychodzi rewelacyjny!! mam teki przepis od szwagierki!!! Polecam, tylko ze ja podpiekam troche spod jakies 15 minut bo czasami mi sie nie dopieka
