Ingredients:

0,5 kg mięsa mielonego
1/4 jasna cześć
czerstwa bułka
1/2 szklanki tartej bułki
Śmietana 18% 200 ml
0,8 l bulionu (rosołu)
łyżka masła
Jajko
marchewka
Przyprawy wg. gustu
2 łyżki pietruszki zielonej
10 dag żółtego sera
3 łyżki maki
makaron ( wg. gustu)

Prepare instructions:

1.Bułkę namoczyć w bulionie ok 15 min.
2.Pora dość drobno posiekać i zeszklić na maśle.
3.Odcisnąć bułkę i dodać z jajkiem przyprawami , zeszklonym porem , pietruszką i tartą bułką do mięsa mielonego , przyprawić.Ugniatać ok. 5min.

4.Po odcisnieciu bulki wstawic bulion do zagotowania.
5.Z masy mięsnej formować nieduże (kuleczki paleczki ).Dla łatwiejszego kształtowania dłonie co chwilę zwilżać zimną wodą.

6.Śmietanę dokładnie wymieszać z mąką.Dodać do bulionu.(przyprawić do smaku), dodac łyzeczke pietruszki i ztartą marchewke ,doprowadzić do zagotowania.

8.Gdy sos zacznie sie gotować wrzucać paleczki miesne, dusić 20 min.

9.Zetrzeć ser
10.Ugotowac makaron
11.Na ugotowany makaron polać sos z miesem i posypać serem.

Ja karmię i używam śmietany. Bez przesady, nie można żyć o gotowanym kurczaku i marchewce.

Niestety ale to danie nie nadaje sie dla matek karmiący przede wszystkim przez pora. Po za tym jeśli dziecko ma skaze białkową to również nie.
