Sos pomidorowy do spaghetti - bezmiesny

Ingredients:

Skladniki dla 2 osob:

- 3-5 dojrzalych pomidorow (lub puszka pomidorow bez skorki - ja uzywam Pudliszek)
- zabek czosnku
- mala cebula
- zestaw ziol do dan wloskich
- sol
- pieprz
- suszona papryka (ostra lub lagodna)
- oliwa z oliwek

Prepare instructions:

Jesli mamy swieze pomidory, zanurzamy je na chwile we wrzatku a nastepnie szybko hartujemy zimna woda - w ten sposob najlatwiej zdjac im skorke. Pomidory pozniej kroimy.

W garnuszku (najlepiej teflonowym, ja uzywam Ingenio) na odrobinie oliwy z oliwek podsmazamy wycisniety zabek czosnku i pokrojona cebulke.

Do lekko zlotej cebulki i czosnku wrzucamy pomidory, doprawiamy ziolami, sola i pieprzem i dusimy na malutkim ogniu okolo pol godziny.

Gotujemy makaron al dente, posypujemy tartym serem, polewamy sosem i gotowe :)

nie próbowałam jeszcze ale na pierwszy rzut oka wydaje się pyszne - jednak wolę wersję z mięskiem - pozdrawiam

Bardzo smaczny sos. Robiłam ze świeżych pomidorów.

Moja rodzinka była dosłownie nim zachwycona:)
