makaron penne z sosem gorgonzola

Ingredients:

- 1 opakowanie kolorowego penne

- 25 dgk boczku surowego lub parzonego

- 1 cebula

- 2 ząbki czosnku

- pieprz , szczypta czerwonej papryki

- dwa opakowania sera Gorgonzola ( 2x 180 gram)

- śmietana duża 18%

- pół szklanki mleka

- może być,ale nie musi, troche startego sera żółtego do posypania potrawy

Prepare instructions:

1.makaron gotujemy bez solenia wody!

2. boczek cebule i czosnek kroimy i przesmażamy na patelni.doprawiamy pieprzem i papryką

3. przesmażony boczek , cebulę i czosnek podlewamy niewielką ilością wody,dolewamy mleka , śmietany i dodajemy ser gorgonzola.ser musi się rozpuścić.doprowadzmy do wrzenia.

4. do gotowego sosu wrzucamy makaron i mieszamy tak, aby sos oblepił cały makaron. Pamiętać należy żeby sosu było dość sporo , bo makaron wpije cała wodę z sosu i zrobi się z potrawy gęsa papka z klusek.

5.Aby potrawa była jeszcze bardziej kaloryczna :) można na talerzu posypać startym na drobnej tarce serem.

Potrawa bardzo prosta , szybka i smaczna - jeżeli oczywiście lubimy smak sera pleśniowego , a ser Gorgonzola charakteryzuje się naprawde mocnym aromatem.
