Makaron z czosnkiem i chilli

Ingredients:

- makaron - bardzo dobrze mieć pełnoziarnisty nitki albo świderki - obydwa pasują
- kilka ząbków czosnku
- sól
- papryczki chilli/pepperoni czerwone lub też chilli sypane z torebki
-olej lub oliwa(lepiej)

Prepare instructions:

Ilość ząbków czosnku, chilli i makaronu dopasowujemy do ilości porcji.
Ja dla dwóch osób gotuję 1/3 torebki makaronu Lubella - pełnoziarnisty świderki, 5-6 ząbków czosnku, 1-2 papryczki pepperoni.

Czosnek obieramy, kroimy w paseczki, to samo robimy z papryka. Jeśli nie macie papryki w strączku, można wziąć sypaną chilii, ostrą paprykę albo pieprz cayenne.

Na patelnię wlewamy olej/oliwę - na oko, tak żeby czosnek się w niej zanużył. Jeśli ktoś nie lubi tłustego może dodać mniej. Dodajemy pokrojony czosnek i paprykę. Smażymy, ale na małym ogniu, żeby czosnek nie zmienił swojego koloru ani się nie skurczył. W tym samym czasie gotujemy makaron. Po ugotowaniu lekko go płuczemy, odcedzamy z nadmiaru wody i wrzucamy na patelnię. Chwilkę podsmażamy z czosnkiem i papryką. Ja go jeszcze solę na patelni :)

Ten makaron nazywa się "ale olio" i faktycznie jest pyszny, ale tylko dla amatorów czosnku i ostrego jadła.

I rzeczywiście jest pyszny
