Makaron z sosem bazyliowo pieczarkowym

Ingredients:

Składniki:
- paczka makaronu świderki, kolanka (lub inny, ale gruby),
- 0,5 kg pieczarek,
- cebula (pół średniej wielkości),
- czubata łyżka masła,
- mały kubek jogurtu naturalnego
- sól,
- pieprz i dość dużo bazylii.

Prepare instructions:

Jak przyrządzić?
Obieramy pieczarki, po czym kroimy je w plasterki. Cebulę kroimy w kosteczkę. Na patelni roztapiamy masło. Wsypujemy cebulę i pieczarki. (Można podlać niewielką ilością wody.) Gdy się odpowiednio podduszą, wlewamy jogurt z wymieszanymi przyprawami. Jeszcze chwileczkę poddusimy i już jest gotowe. W między czasie gotujemy makaron. Ugotowany makaron polewamy przygotowanym sosem pieczarkowo- bazyliowym.

Cieszę się że podoba się przepisik moja rodzinka sie zajadała, niestety teraz robie tylko na dwie porcje bo dzieci ubzdurały sobie że nie lubią pieczarek
