Makaron zapiekany z porami

Ingredients:

200 g makaronu świderki (lepsze niż świdry)

2 jajka

jeden średni por, z jak największą ilością zielonego

20- 30 dkg pieczarek

ser zółty

sól, pieprz, natka pietruszki

Prepare instructions:

Proste i smaczne...
Pieczarki umyć i pokroić w kostkę. Podsmażyć na oleju, lekko posolić. Nastawić wodę na makaron:) Por pokroić w krążki, jesli jest duży, przekroić wzdłuż i pokroić w półkrążki. Następnie por parzę gorącą wodą, aby stracił trochę z ostrości, alej jeśli ktoś lubi ostry, nie musi tego robić.
Makaron ugotować al dente. Do jak największej patelni, z odrobina oliwy wrzucić ugotowany makaron, pokrojony por i pieczarki. Lekko podsmażyć. Jajka roztrzepać z solą i pieprzem. Wlać do makaronu. Dobrze wymieszać, aż jajka się zetną. Posypać startym serem, przykryć pokrywką, aż ser się rozpuści. Posypać pietruszką. Podawać samo lub z dowolna sałatka. Smacznego:)

Ja dodałam jeszcze dwa plastry szynki pokrojonej w kosteczke.Pyszne i szybkie w przygotowaniu danie!!
