Makaronowa sałatka na ciepło lub zimno

Very easy

Ingredients:

paczka makaronu najlepiej w kształcie "kółek od roweru"
cienkie parówki wg mnie najlepiej "Berlinki" lub "Gucie" z Gzeli ok 20-30 dag
ogórki konserwowe (ja daję cały słoik)
ser mozzarella (zółty a nie biały)
puszka kukurydzy

sos:
zalewa od ogórków , olej,
musztarda, sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

makaron oczywiście gotujemy
ogórki i parówki kroimy w plasterki
ser kroimy w kostkę
dodajemy kukurydzę i wszystko mieszamy

na to polewamy sos:
ilość sosu wg uznania ale proporcje są następujące:
na 1 łyżkę zalewy dajemy 2 łyżki oleju i ok. pół (wg uznania) łyżeczki musztardy na cały sos, to doprawiamy solą i pieprzem (dosyć sporo bo przecież makaronowej sałatki jest dużo i musi nam dosolić i dopieprzyć wszystkie składniki)

osobiście ja daję więcej zalewy i lubię jak ma ona lekko słodkawy smak(ogórki konserwowe robię sama, wtedy zalewa ma taki własnie smak)

Do sosu, jak ktoś lubi może dodać też zioła prowansalskie.

Uwaga!
sos robimy tuż przed podaniem , bo charakterystyczny posmak zalewy traci smak po dłuższym staniu, a wtedy (zazwyczaj na drugi dzień choć i wtedy można jeść na zimno jak ktoś lubi) można tą sałatkę podgrzać w mikrofalówce i podać na ciepło ser się rozpuści i też nieżle smakuje
Cała sztuka tej sałatki to właśnie ów charakterystyczny smak sosu

Dziś robiłam sałatkę znowu i dodałam fetę zamiast sera żółtego-też rewelką
