Ingredients:

- 8 marchewek startych na dużych oczkach
- 5 jajek
- 1 szkl. oleju
- 2 szkl. mąki
- 1,5 szkl. cukru pudru
- cukier waniliowy
- 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
- 1 łyżeczka sody
- 2 łyżeczki kakao
- 2 łyżeczki cynamonu
- bakalie (rodzynki, skórka kandyzowana pomarańczowa, posiekane orzechy)
- powidła śliwkowe
- polewa czekoladowa + posiekane orzechy

Prepare instructions:

- Żółtka zmiksować z cukrem pudrem i cukrem waniliowym, gify kucharz dodać pianę ubitą z białek i wymieszać. Mąkę przesiać i wymieszać z: proszkiem do pieczenia, sodą, kakao i cynamonem. Do masy jajecznej dodawać na zmianę - składniki sypkie i olej. Na końcu dodać startą marchewkę i bakalie.
Ciasto wlać do wysmarowanej tłuszczem i wysypanej bułką tartą tortownicy i piec 1 godzinę.

Po ostudzeniu ciasto przekroić na pół i przełożyć powidłami śliwkowymi.
Wierzch ciasta oblać obficie polewą czekoladową (ja topię na parze 200g czekolady) i obsypać siekanymi orzechami.

Marchewki sa różnej wielkości małe,średnie i duże może podasz ile szklanek ma byc startej marchwi!

Ależ oczywiście lleszku, że podam ...Marcheweczki startej wychodzi około 3 szklaneczki Pozdrawiam!
