Ingredients:

3 duże marchewki
1 duży por
1 jabłko
200g jogurtu naturalnego
2 łyżeczki ostrej musztardy
sól
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Marchewkę zetrzeć na tarce o drobnych oczkach(czasem przepuszczam ją przez sokowirówkę i mieszam suchy miąż z sokiem).
Por drobno pokroić, a jabłko zetrzeć na tarce o dużych oczkach.
Następnie dodać jogurt, musztardę i przyprawy.
Wymieszać i odstawić, żeby się "przegryzło".
Surówka świetnie pasuje do dań mięsnych,ale jest również świetna sama w sobie.
