2 żółtka
2 łyżki śmietany kwaśnej
1/3 szklanki cukru pudru
szczypta soli
MASA:
puszka mleka słodzonego
20 dag chałwy
polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników zagniatamy ciasto i pieczemy -ok.15-20 min.Puszkę z mlekiem gotujemy 2 godz. Po wystygnięciu otrzymany karmel miksujemy z chałwą i wykładamy na zimne ciasto.Polewamy polewą.Do masy mozna dodać bakalie-mazurek będzie jeszcze pyszniejszy

Mazurek zrobiłam na Wielkanoc - niby fajny ale biorąc pod uwagę ilość kalorii bez zachwytów. Osobno kajmak i chałwę uwielbiam, ale w połączeniu jakoś tak dziwnie smakują... No i ta margaryna w cieście - zagnieść niby łatwiej, ale aromat nie ten sam. Mimo wszystko dziękuję za przepis, młodsze rodzeństwo było zachwycone ! :)
