Mielone po amerykańsku

Ingredients:

- 45 dag mielonego ( np. wieprzowo-wołowe )
- pół bułki pszennej
- 1 papryka zielona
- pół malego słoiczka ketchupu
- 1 jajko
- 15 dag żółtego sera
- 3 średnie pomidory
- kilka kropli tabasco
- pół łyżeczki vegety/warzywka/kucharka
- majeranek
- dwa ząbki czosnku
- maggi
- papryka ostra
- sól, pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Mielone mieszamy z reszta składników ( z wyjątkiem sera i pomidorów ): bułką i papryką pokrojoną w kostkę i doprawiamy do smaku przyprawami. Do naczynia żaroodpornego nakładamy "większą połowę" masy mięsnej, pokrywamy to warstwą pomidorów w plasterkach ( możemy posypać bazylią ) i na to plasterki żółtego sera. Na to kładziemy resztę miesa i wkładamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do 180⁰C. Zapiekamy przez ok. pół godziny ( aż się zrobi lekko spieczone z wierzchu ).

My podawaliśmy z połówkami ziemniaczków najpierw ugotowanych "w mundurkach" a potem zapieczonych w piekarniku uprzednio obtoczonych w mieszance oliwy z oliwek i przyprawy do ziemniaków.

zrobiłam, smaczne i szybkie - ciekawy pomysł na mielone :-) Polecam

Zrobiłam ale troszkę zmodyfikowałam bo nie było w domu papryki a dosklepu niechciało sie jechać. Więc zamiast papryki dałam PESTO PAPRYKOWE. Smakowało wszystkim. Przepis dodaje do ulubionych. Naprawdę pyszne !!!
