Ingredients:

ok 2 litrów rosołu z kury lub wołowego ( jak kto woli)
6 łyżek oliwy (obojętnie jakiej)
1 cebula (pokrojona w kostke)
1 ząbek czosnku (przecisniety przez praske)
1 mały por (pokrojony w plasterki)
2 marchewki (pokrojone w kostke)
2 łodygi selera naciowego (pokrojonr w plasterki prosze nie zapomniec ze trzeba go obrac z zewnetrznej strony)
3 łyżeczki koncetratu pomidorowego
puszke fasolki flażoletki
3 pomidory (obrane ze skóry i bez pestek pokrojone w kostke)
garśc fasolki szparagowej (przekrojonej na pół)
pół małej główki kapusty włoskiej (pokrojonej w paseczki)
garśc makaronu (drobnego)
sól i pieprz
2 łyżki posiekanej natki pietruszki
ser tarty do ozdoby

Prepare instructions:

Nagrzac patelnie (albo prosciej smarzyc odrazu w garnku w ktorym bedzie zupa) i wrzucic cebule, czosnek i pora smazycna małym gazie ok 5 min. Dodac marchewke, selera, zalac rosołem dorzucic koncentrat i fasolke z puszki, przykryc i gotowac nastepne 30 min.
dorzucic pomidory i fasolke szparagowa i gotowac jeszcze
10 min.
dorzucic kapuste i makaron doprawic solą i pieprzem, gotowac jeszcze nastepne 10 min.
wrzucic pietruszke!

zupa jest naprawde pyszna, ja nie dodaje pora ale cukinie - polecam

tez mozna dla mnie to zupa "śmietnik" i mozna dozucic to co ma sie w ldówce i tez bedzie pyszna jednak por daje troszke wykwintniejszy smak wiec prosze sprobowac z porem nie zawiedziesz sie!!!
