Ingredients:

CIASTO:

0,5 kg mąki
2 jajka
250g margaryny
2 łyżki miodu
2 łyżki mleka
2 łyżeczki sody

LUKIER:

30dkg posiekanych orzechów włoskich
3/4 szk cukru
125g margaryny
2 łyżki miodu

KREM:

1/2 litra mleka

3 łyzki mąki ziemniaczanej

2 łyżki mąki zwykłej

1 szk cukru

250g masła

cukier wanilinowy

1 żółtko

Prepare instructions:

Mleko podgrzac i rozpuścić w nim miód i wraz z innym skladnikami zagnieść cisto.Podzielić na 2 częsci. Upiec jedną część a na drugą surową połowe, wylać lukier i również upiec. Piec 10-15 min na 200 C

margaryne, cukier oraz miód zagotować następnie dodać orzechy wszyskie składniki dobrze wymieszać trzymając je 3 min na ogniu.Ciepłe wyłożyć na ciasto.(w/w)

Szklanke mleka zagotować. Do reszty mleka dodać mąke ziemniaczaną, make zwykła,cukier oraz cukier wanilinowy, i dobrze wymieszać. wlać połączone składniki w momencie gdy mleko bedzie wrzeć.Tak przygotowany budyń po dokładnym ostudzeniu miksujemy 1min i powoli dodajemy masło ciągle mieszając. Na koniec dodajemy zółtko.
