Ja tez preferuje pierogi ale ta wersaj jest szybsza i wygodniejsza! Nie zawsze jest czas/ochota robienia pierogow

a ja robię je w wersji krokietowej tj. panier i smażenie na patelni do tego barszcz czerwony do poicia

Ile mleka, ile wody? Olej dać do ciasta?-jeżeli tak to ile?

 Wody i mleka dodaję po tyle samo , tak aby powstało ciasto o konsystencji niezbyt gęstej śmietany.Oleju daję do ciasta łyżkę.
