Pączusie szybciusie z bakaliami

Ingredients:

210 g mąki (1,5 szkl)
3 dag drożdży
1 łyżka cukru
2 jajka
125 ml ciepłego mleka
1 łyżka masła roślinnego
30 g rodzynek
2 czubate łyżki wiórków kokosowych
1/2 średniego kwaśnego jabłka
pół łyżeczki spirytusu

cukier puder lub lukier

olej do głębokiego smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Ciepłe mleko rozprowadzić z drożdżami, cukrem i 1/2 szklanki mąki. Odstawić na ok. 10 minut, by podrosło. Dodać bakalie, masło, jaja i resztę mąki oraz spirytus (by ciastka podczas smażenia nie chłonęły nadmiernie tłuszczu). Wyrobić i odstawić do wyrośnięcia na 30 minut. Po tym czasie dodać pokrojone drobno jabłko i wymieszać.

W rondlu rozgrzać olej. Na rozgrzany tłuszcz nakładać ciasto łyżką i smażyć pączki do momentu aż będą złocisto brązowe. Po wyjęciu osączyć na ręczniku papierowym.

Pączki będą nieco nieforemne, ale pyszne. Można posypać je cukrem pudrem lub polukrować.
Z podanych proporcji wychodzi ok. 20 pączusiów.

Dzis na Tlusty Czwartek zrobione i juz zjedzone, bo super przepis, szybko sie robil. Zrobilam mniejsze paczusie, wiec szybko sie smazyly, co przy dwojce dzieci mialo istotne znaczenie :) Dziekuje za pyszna slodkosc, napewno nie raz jeszcze wroci na nasz stol, nie tylko przy specjalnej okazji :)
