Ingredients:

składniki :
porcja na 3 osoby
-3 łyzki oliwy z oliwek
-jedna cebula
-2 ząbki czosnku
-2 małe podwójne piersi z kurczaka
-czerwona papryka
-pół łyzeczki słodkiej papryki w proszku
-opakowanie 250 gram ryżu do risotto
-2 kostki drobiowe
-250 ml wody
-szczypta szafranu
-200 gram mieszanki owoców morza ( krewetki ,kalmary,
ośmiorniczki ,małże)
-100gram groszku konserwowego

Prepare instructions:

sposób przyrzadzenia:
Na dużej patelni rozgrzac oliwe dodac pokrojoną w kostkę cebule i pokrojony czosnek , podsmażyc az cebulka nabierze lekko złotawego koloru.

następnie dodac pokrojone w kostkę piersi z kurczaka i smażyć około 10 minut

Kiedy mięsko sie podsmaży dodac szczypte zmielonego szafranu ,pokrojona w paski czerwona papryke ,ryz do risotta i całośc zalać bulionem drobiowym(2 kostki drobiowe rozrobić w 250 ml wody)dusic około 5 minut

na końcu dodac groszek konserwowy i owoce morza(ja wcześniej owoce morza zalałam j 50 ml .białego wina i smażyłam aż wino wyparowało) całośc podsmazyć jeszcze przez kilka minutek az nadmiar bulionu wyparuje .

Mimo, że nie zachowałem proporcji (dałem dwa razy mniej kurczaka i mniej groszku) to potrawę chwalę. Bardzo mi smakowało. Trochę z ryżem miałem kłopot, bo mimo, że dusiłem go duuuużo dłużej niż w przepisie to i tak wyszedł mocno al dente. Ale to może dlatego, że był to brązowy.
A i następnym razem dam chyba więcej owoców morza.
