Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
5 jaj
5 łyżek cukru
5 łyżek mąki
1/2 łyzeczki proszku do pieczenia

Masa:
5 zółtek
3 łyżki mąki
0,5 l mleka
1 kostka margaryny
1 szkl. cukru
kokos
trochę alkoholu

Piana:
1,5 łyżki żelatyny
1/2 szkl. wody
5 białek
1 szkl. cukru

Polewa:
1/2 kostki margaryny
2 łyżki kakao
2 łyżki cukru
1 jajo

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt:
Białka ubić z cukrem, dodać żółtka i mąkę z proszkiem. Ciasto upiec na złoty kolor.

Masa:
żółtka wymieszać z mąką, dodac troche mleka (odlanego z 0,5l ). Mleko zagotować z cukrem, wlać jaja z maką i zagotowac na wolnym ogniu budyń. Wystudzić. Kostkę margaryny utrzeć z zimnym budyniem. Można dac troche kokosu i alkoholu. Masę wyłożyć na wystudzony biszkopt.

Piana:
W 1/2 szkl. gorącej (przegotowanej) wody rozpuścić żelatynę. 5 białek ubić na sztywną pianę dodając pod koniec ubijania szklankę cukru. Następnie wlać ostudzoną żelatynę, wymieszać i dać na masę.

Polewa:
Margarynę rozpuścić, dodać kakao i cukier. Ucierać łyżką aż trochę wystygnie, potem dodać roztrzepane jajko i jeszcze ucierać. Wylać na placek.

pamiętam tto ciasto, tylko że zgubiłam przepis.

Teraz będę mogła je zrobnić, do dziś pamiętam jego super smak. DZIĘKI .

to ciacho jest naprawdę pycha bardzo polecam. latem zmieniam tylko warstwę z piany z białek na pianę ze śmietany 30% -salmonella ale naprawde polecam bardzo gorąco
