Papryka z fetą

Ingredients:

4 żółte papryki
2 czuszki
ser feta (2 opakowania)
oliwa z oliwek

Prepare instructions:

Papryki opalamy nad gazem, aż będą czarne. Wkładamy je do worka foliowego i szczelnie zakręcamy. W garnku smażymy czuszkę, aż do zwęglenia skórki. W międzyczasie obieramy żółtą paprykę ze skórki, wyjmujemy gniazda nasienne, uważając, żeby nie przerwać miąższu.

W oczyszczone papryki wkładamy pół kostki fety (lub mniej - zależy jakie duże były papryki). Wkładamy paprykę do garnka, na oliwę po smażeniu czuszek. Na wierzchu kładziemy obrane ze zwęglonej skórki strączki czuszki i na niezbyt dużym ogniu podgrzewamy, aż feta zacznie się rozpuszczać.

Najlepiej smakuje z pszenną bagietką, którą moczy się w pikantnej oliwie.

Mam pytanie, co to są czuszki? :)

Pozwolę sobie odpowiedzieć zamiast autora przepisu. Czuszki to wąskie, długie i bardzo ostre papryczki.
Tak mogą wyglądać (chociaż są też inne) ...:)))

ahh.... olśniło mnie :) wiem cotoza papryka, choduję ją na balkonie, ale nigdy nie spotkałam się z nazwą czuszki :) b. dziękuję za odpowiedź :)
