15 dag sera żółtego,
1 łyżeczka masła,
1 łyżeczka majonezu,
pieprz,
sól.

Dodatki smakowe wg uznania:
natka pietruszki,
koperek,
szczypiorek,
chili,
ew. roztarty czosnek.

Prepare instructions:

Utarty na drobnej tarce ser wymieszać dokładnie z masłem i majonezem, dodać soli i pieprzu do smaku oraz dodatki smakowe wg uznania.

Polecam do masy dodać wyciśnięty czosnek i trochę chili ;)

Ja robię taką pastę ale dodatkowo z serem białym ,pół na pół z żółtym ...nie dodaję masła ....ale musowo 2-3 ząbki czosnku .....pasta rewelacja ...Muszę spróbować Twojej :)

Bardzo bardzo smaczna ta pasta. Polecam. Dodam tylko że do spożycia nadaje się tylko świeżo zrobiona, ja zrobilam więcej żeby mieć jeszcze na śniadanko ale rano nie dało jej się rozsmarować:D
