Pasztet z kaparami i suszonymi pomidorami

Ingredients:

1 kg ugotowany udziec indyczy.
10 suszonych pomidorków z zalewy oliwnej.
garstka kaparów z zalewy.
kilka ziaren marynowanego pieprzu.
kilka listków świeżej bazylii.
4 jaja.
3 łyżki bułki tartej.
100 g masła + masło do wysmarowania papieru do pieczenia lub blaszki.
sól.
pieprz.
1 łyżka suszonej bazylii.

Prepare instructions:

Ugotowane i wystudzone mięso wkładam do malaksera. W trakcie rozdrabniania udźca dodaję surowe jajka, roztopione masło sól, pieprz i suszoną bazylią. Gdy mięso uzyska kremową konsystencję przekładam masę do miski i mieszając łączę ją z pociętymi suszonymi pomidorami, listkami świeżej bazylii, bułką tartą i ziarenkami kaparów i kilkoma ziarnami marynowanego zielonego pieprzu. Tak przygotowaną masę przekładam do blaszki wyłożonej natłuszczonym papierem do pieczenia. Pasztet piekę przez 90 minut w

Pasztet rewelacyjny,nie wiedziałam w jaki sposób zużyc kupione w biedronce kapary,a tu były jak znalazł! .Gratuluję pomysłu i dzięki za przepis!

Uwielbiam suszone pomidory i kapary i na pewno sróbuję. A kapary polecam do spaghetti z tuńczykiem lub do słałatki z gotowanych ziemniaków, pomidorów, ogórków z oliwą z oliwek.
