Pennette z Aksamitnym Sosem Pomidorowym

Ingredients:

makaron pennette rigate

50 g masła
50 g mąki ziemniaczanej
4 łyżeczki przecieru pomidorowego
1 szklanka bardzo gorącego bulionu
sól
duży ząbek czosnku

Prepare instructions:

Do rondelka włozyć pokrojone na kawałeczki masło ,
rozpuścić je na malutkim ogniu .

Dodać mąke ziemniaczaną szybko mieszając tak , aby nie utworzyły sie grudki . Nalezy uważać ,żeby mąka się nie przypaliła , ponieważ musi pozostać biała.

Rozcieńczać sos dodając po trochu bulionu aż do powstania gładkiej jednorodnej masy ( jeśli jest to konieczne dodac troszke więcej bulionu) .

Dodać przecier , posolić do smaku i gotować przez 1/2 godziny na bardzo malutkim ogniu . Mieszac od czasu do czasu . Na koncu dodac przeciśnięty przez praskę czosnek

Makaron ugotowac al dente .Wymieszac z sosem , posypać startym serem ( najlepiej parmezanem) . Można ozdobic świeżymi listkami bazylii .

Do oryginalnego przepisu , który znajduje się w ksiażce Franca Feslikenian ,,Sosy i Pasty,, dodałam czosnek bo wg. mnie sos wychodzi o wiele lepszy

myśle ze moje dziecko tadek niejadek bedzie zachwycone tym jedzonkiem poniewaz nic nie toleruje oprocz sosu pomidorowego:):):) wiec ląduje juz w ulubionych
