Ingredients:

- 12 czerwonych duzych tureckich papryk ( salcalik kirmizibiber)
- 2 szkl bulgur ( kaszki perlowej lub kuskusa)
- szkl ryzu
- 4 cebule
- pol szkl oleju
- 2 male lyzeczki soli
- 4 szkl wody
-jajo
- 200 gr sera feta
- mala lyzeczka pieprzu, miety, cynamonu

Masa sosu:
- 3 jaja
- 2 szkl mleka
- 2 szkl jogurtu naturalnego
- lyz maki

Prepare instructions:

Cebule drogno posiekac i podsmazyc na oleju, dodac bulgur i ryz i wymieszac. Calosc przyprawic sola . Zalac calosc woda i gotowac az ryz z bulgurem bedzie gotowy.

Jajo, bialy ser feta i przyprawy polaczyc ze soba' dodac takze gotowy ryz z bulgurem ( bedzie to nadzienie papryk). Papryki oczyscic ze srodka i napelnic je nadzieniem.

Wymieszac wszystkie skladniki sosu i wlac je do zaroodpornego naczynia, a na wierzch wylozyc papryki z nadzieniem. Piec 200 stopni ok 25 min. Podawac cieplutkie.

Hej, mam pytanko czy bulgur i ryz podsmazasz z cebulka i czy uzywasz surowgo ryzu? Nie jestem do konca pewna jak przyzadzasz ta potrawe a wydaje sie ciekawa i chcialabym sprobowac :))
