Ingredients:

1 szklanka mąki pszennej (poj. 250 ml)
1/2 kostki margaryny (125 g)
4 białka
szczypta soli
0,5 szklanki cukru
1/3 szklanki maku
1 cukier wanilinowy
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
4 łyżki oleju (powoduje, że ciasto jest "mokre")
aromat migdałowy

bułka tarta i tłuszcz do blachy (ew. papier do pieczenia)

Prepare instructions:

1. Margarynę rozpuścić i ostudzić.

2. Białka ubić na sztywną pianę ze szczyptą soli.

3. Mąkę przesiać z proszkiem do pieczenia.

4. Cukier wanilinowy połączyć ze zwykłym cukrem.

5. Do piany z białek powoli dodawać cukier, cały czas mieszając mikserem na niskich obrotach. Następnie dodawać powoli mąkę z proszkiem do pieczenia, a później mak (cały czas mieszając mikserem).

6. Dodać 5 kropel aromatu migdałowego.

7. Dolać płynną margarynę oraz olej i chwilę przemieszać. Przełożyć do wysmarowanej tłuszczem i obsypanej bułką tartą (ew. wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia) blaszki.

8. Ciasto piec około 45-50 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni.

9. Po upieczeniu zostawić na 10-15 minut w piekarniku, żeby ciasto nie opadło.

10. Na koniec ciasto można udekorować polewą lub cukrem pudrem.

U mnie wdomu nazywamy to ciasto Makuszek. Ale ja wolę z żółtkami.
